Now I never claimed the artwork as mine, I cleary stated who did the work, it was even on the artwork. However by careful reading, I see that even if the art was not mine, and I gave credit were credit is do, I have made some error. I have no problem with that.
I do however, have an issue with DA calling what I did a form of plagiarism and/or copyright infringement. If that was the case, then I would not have cited the material, as I did. I do see that if the artwork is not mine then I should not post it, even with work cited.
I just feel that the words used with in this "generic" violation statement, should be reworded for people that actually cite work to work they did not create. I'm sure if the admins looked around they would find work that does not belong to someone and it is not cited.
